JOB DETAILS
- SUMMARY (Summarize what the basic job function)

Supporting the Collections from Channel Partners with Key Activities performed thro High Radius Portal for Regions/branches
- MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES (List the major responsibilities of the job)
- Hi Radius Portal
- Taking Required action in High Radius (HR) portal as per Strategy adopted for Each Customer to ensure timely Collections
- Initiate correspondence to Customer to obtain date of Commitment to make payment
- Schedule Auto Trigger to Customer if payment not received beyond committed date.

Collection Actions
- Initiate reminder mailers to Customer in the form of Dunning Letter and provide Account Statement as per customer requirement
- Manage Internal & External escalation regarding Customer disputes and ensure resolution thru Immediate reporting Manager (RM)

CUSTOMER ACCOUNT MAINTENANCE in Hi Radius Portal
- Timely mapping of Parent-Child linking in HighRadius
- JOB QUALIFICATIONS
- FORMAL EDUCATION:
(Eg: degrees, courses of study, certification)

M.Com., MBA (preferable)
- WORK EXPERIENCE:
(Eg: Minimum amount of directly related work experience.)

3-5 years’ experience in Collections
- ADDITIONAL SKILLS REQUIRED:
Knowledge on advanced MS Excel functions

Fluent English Speaking and Regional Languages of respective regions preferable
