**Real Estate Sales Coordinator**

As a Real Estate Sales Coordinator, you will play a crucial multi-functional role within our dynamic real estate team. Combining sales support, customer relationship management, and market analysis, this position is ideal for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide administrative support to the sales team, including scheduling appointments, preparing presentations, and managing client communications
- Conduct in-depth market research and analysis on local real estate trends, property valuations, and micro-market conditions
- Perform regular surveys and gather market intelligence on available properties, pricing, and buyer/seller activity
- Maintain and optimize our customer relationship management (CRM) system, ensuring accurate data entry, segmentation, and reporting
- Assist with lead generation, nurturing, and follow-up activities
- Coordinate with marketing and sales agencies to ensure consistent branding and messaging
- Respond to inquiries from current customers and attend to their needs

**Required Skills/Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field (e.g., real estate, business, marketing)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with clients and stakeholders
- Strong analytical and research skills, with a keen eye for detail
- Proficiency in using CRM software and various productivity tools
- Familiarity with real estate market trends, pricing, and valuation methods
- Demonstrated ability to multitask, prioritize, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment

**Desired Skills**:

- Previous experience in a sales support or real estate CRM role
- Proficiency in data analysis and creating data visualizations
- Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- Passion for real estate and a desire to contribute to the growth of the company
- Strong project management and coordination abilities
- Preferably fluent in English, Hindi, and Marathi

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

Supplemental Pay:

- Yearly bonus
