Back Office Assistant

A back office assistant supports internal operations by performing administrative, clerical, and operational tasks. They ensure smooth functioning of various non‑customer‑facing activities, maintain records, assist other departments, and help in process improvements to support front‑office or client‑facing teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain, organise, and update files, records, and documents.
- Data entry: inputting information into databases, spreadsheets, and ERP or CRM systems.
- Prepare quotes, reports, correspondence, and presentations as needed.
- Liaise/coordinate with other departments (e.g., sales, dispatch, logistics) for information flow, approvals, and follow‑ups.
- Track orders, invoices, deliveries, and shipments; follow up on pending documentation.
- Maintain office supplies and ensure the office environment is organised.
- Assist in scheduling meetings, appointments, and calendars.
- Follow established procedures, help with process documentation, and ensure compliance with company policies.
Qualifications & Skills
- Minimum education: often 12th pass / high school / graduate, depending on the firm.
- Experience: 0‑2 years for junior roles; more for senior positions.
- Good communication skills (written & verbal) in the required languages.
- Attention to detail, accuracy, ability to multitask and prioritise.
- Organizational skills: ability to maintain records, manage paperwork
**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher
Pay: ₹11,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Udaipur, Rajasthan: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (required)
