General Housekeeping

**Job Summary**: Responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house areas to ensure exceptional guest satisfaction and adherence to hotel standards.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Guest Room Maintenance**:

- Clean and prepare guest rooms according to established standards and procedures
- Change bed linens, make beds, and arrange pillows and decorative items
- Clean and sanitize bathrooms, including toilets, showers, bathtubs, sinks, and mirrors
- Vacuum carpets, sweep and mop floors
- Dust furniture, fixtures, and decorative items
- Restock guest room amenities (towels, toiletries, coffee supplies, etc.)
- Check and replace light bulbs as needed
- Report maintenance issues and damaged items immediately

**Public Area Maintenance**:

- Clean lobbies, hallways, elevators, and other common areas
- Empty trash receptacles and replace liners
- Clean windows, glass surfaces, and mirrors in public spaces
- Maintain cleanliness of employee areas and service corridors

**Required Qualifications**:

- Previous housekeeping experience in hospitality industry preferred
- Basic English/Hindi/Kannadan communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays

**Physical Requirements**:

- Frequent bending, stooping, and reaching
- Prolonged standing and walking
- Ability to push/pull housekeeping carts
- Manual dexterity for detailed cleaning tasks

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
