Profile introduction:

- We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Call Center / BPO Executive. As a vital part of our customer service operations, you'll be responsible for ensuring exceptional service delivery and maintaining high customer satisfaction levels.

**Responsibilities**:

- Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally, addressing customer queries and concerns promptly and accurately.
- Provide information about products/services, resolve product-related issues, and offer solutions to customer problems.
- Document all interactions, ensuring comprehensive and accurate records of customer inquiries and transactions.
- Collaborate effectively with team members and other departments to meet and exceed customer service targets.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of company products/services to assist customers effectively.

**Requirements**:

- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric approach to handling inquiries and complaints.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant tools/systems.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Languages:

- English, Hindi, Marathi.

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
