Supervise and monitor the maintenance and repair of four-wheelers.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure vehicles are in good working condition.
- Troubleshoot recurring issues and recommend preventive actions.
- Allocate work to mechanics and support staff.
- Ensure timely completion of repair jobs with quality checks.
- Train mechanics and helpers on SOPs and safety practices.
- **Daily update of maintenance activities on ERP.**:

- **Post purchase requests (PRs) for spare parts, tools, and consumables on ERP.**:

- **Update invoices from vendors/service providers on ERP for approval.**:

- Maintain logbooks, fuel consumption reports, and service history in ERP.
- Coordinate with vendors for spare parts procurement and service contracts.
- Negotiate cost and timelines for outsourced repairs.
- Verify and approve vendor invoices before forwarding.

**Qualifications & Experience**:

- Diploma / ITI in Mechanical / Automobile Engineering.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in four-wheeler maintenance supervision.
- Hands-on experience in engine, transmission, suspension, and electrical repairs.
- ERP (SAP/Zoho/Oracle/Custom) working knowledge is a must.

**Skills Required**:

- Strong technical knowledge of four-wheelers.
- Proficiency in ERP systems for day-to-day operations.
- Leadership and team-handling skills.
- Vendor negotiation and coordination skills.
- Good communication and reporting ability.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
