Supervise and monitor the maintenance and repair of four-wheelers Conduct regular inspections to ensure vehicles are in good working condition Troubleshoot recurring issues and recommend preventive actions Allocate work to mechanics and support staff Ensure timely completion of repair jobs with quality checks Train mechanics and helpers on SOPs and safety practices Daily update of maintenance activities on ERP Post purchase requests PRs for spare parts tools and consumables on ERP Update invoices from vendors service providers on ERP for approval Maintain logbooks fuel consumption reports and service history in ERP Coordinate with vendors for spare parts procurement and service contracts Negotiate cost and timelines for outsourced repairs Verify and approve vendor invoices before forwarding Qualifications Experience Diploma ITI in Mechanical Automobile Engineering Minimum 5 years of experience in four-wheeler maintenance supervision Hands-on experience in engine transmission suspension and electrical repairs ERP SAP Zoho Oracle Custom working knowledge is a must Skills Required Strong technical knowledge of four-wheelers Proficiency in ERP systems for day-to-day operations Leadership and team-handling skills Vendor negotiation and coordination skills Good communication and reporting ability Job Type Full-time Pay 15 000 00 - 18 000 00 per month Benefits Paid time off Provident Fund Application Question s Do you have a Diploma ITI in Mechanical or Automobile Engineering How many years of experience do you have in supervising four-wheeler maintenance TATA-407 etc What ERP software s have you worked on for posting purchase requests invoices or maintenance updates Have you handled purchase requests and vendor invoices through ERP systems Do you have experience in coordinating with spare parts vendors and service providers Application Deadline 31 08 2025 Expected Start Date 01 09 2025
