**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Assisting in the procurement of materials and equipment for civil and construction projects, ensuring quality and cost-efficiency.
- Reading and interpreting technical drawings and specifications to determine material requirements.
- Sourcing and negotiating with suppliers to obtain competitive pricing and timely deliveries.
- Managing purchase orders, tracking deliveries, and ensuring all materials meet the required specifications and quality standards.
- Maintaining accurate records of material receipts, inward/outward material entries, and stock management.
- Collaborating with site engineers, project managers, and suppliers to forecast material needs and resolve any procurement challenges.
- Conducting market research to identify new suppliers and materials, staying updated on industry trends.
- Monitoring inventory levels and working closely with stores and logistics teams to ensure timely restocking of materials.
- Ensuring compliance with company procurement policies, safety standards, and legal regulations.
- Preparing procurement reports and updating the Purchase Manager on material status, vendor performance, and cost-saving initiatives.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- Strong understanding of civil and construction materials, tools, and equipment.
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and technical specifications.
- Basic knowledge of procurement processes and vendor management.
- Good negotiation and communication skills for supplier coordination.
- Proficiency in stock management, inward/outward material entry, and inventory control systems.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in procurement documentation.
- Ability to multitask and handle multiple procurement orders in a fast-paced environment.
- Problem-solving skills and adaptability to manage procurement-related challenge

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Morning shift
- Rotational shift

- Purchase management: 3 years (required)
