**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Design Creation**:

- Develop and create visually engaging designs for various media (print, digital, social media, advertisements, websites, etc.).
- Produce layouts for marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, posters, and banners.
- Design logos, branding materials, and other visual elements that align with company or client branding guidelines.
- **Branding and Visual Identity**:

- Create and maintain consistent branding across all platforms and media.
- Collaborate with teams to ensure design work aligns with the brand’s visual identity and overall messaging strategy.
- **Collaboration**:

- Work closely with marketing, content, and web development teams to understand project goals and deliver designs that meet objectives.
- Communicate design ideas and concepts effectively to stakeholders and incorporate feedback.
- **Digital and Print Design**:

- Prepare designs for print production, ensuring high-quality output with the correct specifications.
- **Creative Concept Development**:

- Collaborate on brainstorming sessions to generate fresh design ideas and concepts.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to continuously improve the creative output.
- **Project Management**:

- Manage multiple design projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Maintain design files and assets, ensuring they are organized and accessible for future use.
- **Typography and Color Theory**:

- **User Experience (UX) Design**:

- Work with web development teams to ensure designs are user-friendly, responsive, and optimized for different devices and platforms.
- Design web and mobile interfaces with attention to user navigation and experience.
- **Feedback and Revisions**:

- Incorporate feedback from clients, project managers, and other stakeholders, making revisions as needed to ensure design satisfaction.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- **Technical Skills**:

- Proficiency in design software like Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Sketch, Figma, or similar tools.
- Strong understanding of layout design, typography, and color theory.
- Knowledge of web design principles (HTML, CSS) and familiarity with basic web design tools is a plus.
- **Creativity**:

- Strong creative and artistic skills to generate innovative ideas and visually appealing designs.
- Ability to translate complex concepts and ideas into clear and engaging visual content.
- **Attention to Detail**:

- Exceptional attention to detail to ensure high-quality, accurate designs that meet brand and project standards.
- **Communication Skills**:

- Strong written and verbal communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members and clients.
- Ability to present design concepts clearly and receive constructive feedback.
- **Time Management**:

- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: Up to ₹600,000.00 per year
