Key Responsibilities:
**Daily Operations Management: Oversee and coordinate the daily pickup of medical samples from various partners and phlebotomists, ensuring they are handled and transported under proper cold chain conditions.**

Route Optimization: Develop and implement efficient pickup routes to ensure timely delivery of samples to the laboratory, minimizing delays and maximizing efficiency.

**Problem Solving: Quickly address and resolve any issues related to sample pickup or transportation, including delays, compliance issues, or other logístical challenges.**

Compliance & Safety:
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of applicable compliance policies and ensure adherence to safety regulations and government policies related to the transportation of medical samples.

**Coordination**:
**Liaise with partners, phlebotomists, customer service, and other departments to ensure smooth operations and clear communication across all teams. ** Documentation & Reporting:
Review invoices, dispute discrepancies, authorize payments, and maintain accurate records of all logistics activities.

Qualifications**:Education: Bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.**

Experience: Proven experience in logistics or supply chain management, preferably in cold chain logistics.

**Skills: ◦ Strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail. ◦**

**Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. ◦**

**Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.**

**◦ Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. ◦**

**Ability to work independently and make informed decisions under pressure.**

Other Requirements:
Flexible schedule availability and the ability to manage time effectively to ensure timely completion of tasks
