We are looking for an experienced Business Development to join our Sales department. Are you an aspiring Outbound tele Sales looking for an opportunity to advance your career?

If you are an effective communicator, driven and passionate team player and result driven sales person, we have the perfect job for you We are searching for Outbound Sales to join our fun, fast-paced, growing team and take on full responsibility for converting sales leads into customers.

As a Business Development, you should showcase excellent communication and negotiation skills. You should also act proactively to address clients needs and facilitate the sale process from beginning to the end. Ultimately, you should contribute to an increase in sales and maintain our company-client relationships at a high standard.

**Responsibilities**

Manage key accounts Source and identify new business

**Designation**:
Accounts Specialist or accounts manager (Depending on the experience)

**Role**:
Outbound sales, generate sales leads, act as sales consultant.

**Additional benefits**:

English fluency must

**Shift timings**:
9 am - 6, 1 hour break

**Qualification**:

**Requirements**:

- Proven work experience in sales
- Hands on experience with customer service
- An ability to gasp clients needs and to increase customer engagement
- Solid knowledge of CRM software and MS Office (MS Excel in particular)
- Understanding of sales performance metrics
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Analytical and time-management skills

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹27,209.55 per month
