Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain broadband plans and offers. Identify customer requirements and recommend suitable plans. Follow up on leads and ensure timely conversion to sales. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets. Provide feedback to the team on customer trends and competitor activities. Required Skills & Qualifications: Excellent communication and persuasion skills (Tamil & English preferred). Positive attitude and ability to handle rejection professionally. Basic computer knowledge and CRM familiarity. Experience in telesales / customer support / broadband sales preferred.
