Roles and Responsibility of Accounts Executive

1. Pass Purchase Invoice, Sales Invoice as per company and statutory requirement

2. Recording of Incoming payments, reconciliation of bank and books.

3. Prepare outgoing payments instruction as per stated templates after fulfilling all previous steps.

4. Prepare Daily, Weekly and Monthly MIS statements.

6. Pass expense entries in accordance with latest statutory guidelines w.r.t TDS and GST.

Responsibilities will also include assisting the teams in achieving their stated objectives and goals.

Job will include learning to operate the ERP used by the company

Office hours are 9:30AM to 6:30PM Monday to Saturday. You will occasionally work longer during months ends and year ends or whenever required in case of pending work or additional work.

You will be on probation for 6months, as per company standard policy.

Paid leave on completion of the probation period is 15day/year CL and 6 days/year SL.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
