Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Varanasi for an Accountant & Tender Executive. The day-to-day tasks for this role include preparing financial statements, managing accounts payable and receivable, handling tax compliance, and participating in tender processes. The candidate will also be responsible for evaluating bid proposals, ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines, coordinating with clients and vendors, and maintaining accurate records of all financial and tender-related activities.

Qualifications

  • Knowledge in Financial Accounting, Tax Compliance, and Financial Reporting
  • Experience in managing Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Budgeting
  • Familiarity with Tender Processes, Bid Proposal Evaluation, and Regulatory Compliance
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  • Experience in the landscaping or construction industry is a plus
