**Skillsets & Requirements**:

- Expertise in 5G Radio Network Optimization including:
- o Knowledge on 5G SA and NSA technology- o Knowledge of beamforming technology, carrier aggregation, VONR- o Planning and Optimization of 5G /4G network- o PCI planning, Neighbor planning, Parameter Audit- o Capability of drive KPIs analysis like RSRP, RSRQ, SINR, CQI, Transmission mode, rank indicator, e.t.c- o Understanding of Layer 3 messages- o Prepare optimization plan - Physical changes, basic parameter audit and corrections- o Analysis of neighbor relations and implementation of corrections- o 5G EPS FB call related troubleshooting- o Troubleshooting issues related to accessibility, retainability, mobility and load balancing in 4g/5G network- o 5G parameter optimization**As part of our team, you will**:

- o To work as Centre of Excellence lead and interface with customer senior technical team- o Perform network optimization to improve network quality of 5G network- o Parameters and other physical change during network deployment phase - SCFT, cluster AT or Network AT- o Analyze site performance after integration through drive test measurements and/or OSS measurements, detecting eventual problems and recommending changes to fixing those problems- o Analysis of KPIs, neighbour relations, investigation, and improvement of network quality problems, implementation and tuning of new features- o Optimization to achieve 5G OSS KPIs- o Troubleshooting KPI issues related to accessibility, retainability, mobility and load balancing in 4g/5G- o Optimisation to improve Voice ( VONR / EPS FB) and Data network performance KPIs through parameter audit and L3 analysis**Tools Knowledge**:

- o Experience on using and managing GIS tools like Mapinfo- o Knowledge and practice measurement/analysis tool (TEMS, NEMO, XCAL/XCAP or equivalent)- o Knowledge of post Processing tools like Discovery, Actix, Analyzer,XCAP etc.**Other Skills**:

- Good communication skills- Good Attitude and interpersonal skills- Highly motivated and flexible to work according to the project need- Practical and results oriented- Self-directive, flexible team player who wants to get the job done and is not afraid of take responsibility**Experience**:

- Minimum 8-10 years in radio optimization, with total experience of 14- 18 years
