The Network Engineer performs design, optimization and audit of a network to meet the customer requirements. The role is focused on executing design, audit and optimization services, where the network engineer is responsible for part of the solution and part of the service process. The Network Engineer is responsible to upkeep time, performance and quality according to requirements and Customer contract.

**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- Accountable for day to day delivery of the assigned project towards the MA.
- Analyzing & troubleshooting different network related issues
- Responsible for Allocated Circle Optimization KPI Optimization, Improvement plan, Optimization reports, Worst Cell Analysis
- Travel as per Business requirement.
- Work with MA Leads to execute the delivery plans in a time bound manner
- Interact with internal and external stakeholders for delivery execution
- Implement automations for improving work efficiency
- Excellent communication skills
- Flexibility to operation from circle locations for the next 2 years

**Experience**:

- Relevant experience in the field of Ericsson / Samsung 5G /VoNR / LTE / VoLTE RF Pre-Post Tuning / Optimization.
- Leading teams addressing multiple markets performing analytical, investigative, and/or design activities related to Ericsson LTE & VoLTE Post Launch Optimization.
- Expertise on planning and optimization concepts on Multi Layer Environment.
- Strong Knowledge about tools Ericsson (BI, Winfoil, Putty, ICA Clint ,ENM, Mycom, NetAN)
- Extensive experience on Ericsson 5G / VoNR, LTE & Volte Features ,counters & parameters.
- Strong knowledge about parameter audit tool NEPA/MVPAT
- Expertise on presentation Skill on PPT
- Strong Knowledge on 2G/4G/5G command & KPI formula

**Skillset**:

- Strong LTE/VoLTE/5G/VoNR fundamentals in Planning, & Optimization.
- Strong Technical Knowledge on Ericsson Radio Access Networks.
- A detailed knowledge of Ericsson existing and future product/services portfolio, roadmap information and system integration practices
- Should be well versed in 5G/VoNR/4G/ VOLTE Feature & MASSIVE MIMO.
- IP/Modernization/RRU Swap its related Issue & Solution.
- Should have good experience on 5G Activity like SCFT,OSS KPI, Pre Post OSS KPI & GPL parameter audit.
- Should have 5G VONR initial tunning experience for swap sites and new sites.
- Drive test log file analysis (Layer 3)
