  1. Optimization of network KPI like DL & UL throughputs,Call drop,HOF,
    RACH SR,etc.,VoLTE KPIs under pre-defined bench mark values
  2. Should have a very good understanding and ability to analyse RF and
    quality related issues in the network
  3. Expertise with the use of RF optimization tools Performance
    Management tools, GIS tools (MapInfo, Google Earth),Optimization Tools
    Like XCAL/ XAP, Actix One
  4. Daily operation maintenance,emergency support,follow-up support
    issues,trouble-shooting interworking problems
  5. Analysis of LTE KPIs,investigation and improvement of network
    quality problems utilizing engineering tools such as drive test data
    collection and post processing tools, and network performance statistics
    monitoring and analysis tools
  6. Investigating network performance,complicated QOS problems (based on
    analysis of drive tests results, clients complaints,performance
    indicator)
  7. Education Requirement

BE
- Experience Requirement

Minimum 3 Years - Maximum 8 Years
