**Role Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Design creatives for digital campaigns, social media, e mailers, website banners, brochures, and presentations.
- Conceptualize and produce engaging video content including product promos, factory highlights, corporate films, and event recaps.
- Edit raw footage, add motion graphics, text overlays, and transitions to enhance video storytelling.
- Ensure all visuals align with Shera Energy’s brand guidelines and aesthetic.
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and HR teams to fulfill visual communication needs.
- Stay updated with industry trends and tools in graphic design and video editing.

**Required Skills**:

- Proficiency in **Adobe Creative Suite** (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects).
- Experience in both **static and motion design**.
- Strong sense of typography, layout, and color theory.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
- Attention to detail and a strong visual sense.
- Basic knowledge of photography and shooting videos is a plus.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Multimedia, or related fields.
- 2+ years of professional experience in graphic design and video editing.
- Experience in a manufacturing or industrial company is a plus.
