**Responsibilities**:
**1. Video Editing**
- **Create and Edit Videos**: Produce both short and long-form videos with a strong focus on Instagram Reels.
- **Collaborate with Marketing Team**: Work closely with the marketing team to produce engaging visual stories that resonate with our audience.
- **Brand Alignment**: Ensure all videos adhere to brand guidelines and meet platform-specific requirements for optimal performance.

**2. Graphic Design**
- **Design Visual Content**: Create visually appealing graphics for social media, marketing materials, and digital platforms.
- **Maintain Brand Identity**: Ensure consistency across all visual content, aligning with Born Athlete’s brand identity.
- **Support Marketing Campaigns**: Provide creative design solutions to support marketing campaigns and advertisements.

**Qualifications**:

- **Experience**:

- Minimum of 1 year of proven experience in video editing and graphic design.
- Experience in motion graphics is a plus.
- **Software Proficiency**:

- Strong proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator, Lightroom, and InDesign.
- **Platform Knowledge**:

- Strong understanding of social media platforms, especially Instagram.
- **Creative Skills**:

- Excellent attention to detail and creativity, with the ability to produce high-quality, engaging content.
- **Communication**:

- Good communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with the marketing and content teams.
- **Additional Skills**:

- Experience with animation and motion graphics.
- Knowledge of photography and videography techniques.

**Education**:

- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Multimedia, or a related field (preferred).
