**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and coordinate all activities within the Operation Theatre.
- Ensure availability and maintenance of surgical instruments, equipment, and supplies.
- Manage OT staff schedules, assign duties, and monitor performance.
- Maintain strict adherence to infection control and sterilization protocols.
- Coordinate with surgeons, anesthetists, and nursing teams for seamless surgical operations.
- Ensure proper documentation, stock management, and record-keeping.
- Conduct regular training and audits to maintain quality standards.

**Qualification & Experience**:

- GNM / B.Sc. Nursing with valid registration.
- Minimum 1**-5 years of experience** in Operation Theatre, with at least **1 year as OT Incharge or Senior OT Nurse.**

**Skills Required**:

- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
- Knowledge of OT equipment and aseptic techniques.
- Decision-making and problem-solving abilities under pressure.

Pay: ₹11,053.80 - ₹35,897.21 per month
