**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Develop & Execute** data-driven social media marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility.
- **Create & Manage** engaging content (graphics, videos, and posts) for platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), and YouTube.
- **Plan & Optimize** paid and organic social media campaigns for audience engagement and lead generation.
- **Monitor & Analyze** social media performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Insights, and others.
- **Engage & Interact** with the online community by responding to comments, messages, and trends.
- **Stay Updated** with the latest industry trends, social media updates, and competitor strategies.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Minimum **2 years of experience** in social media marketing.
- Proficiency in **social media management tools** (Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social, etc.).
- Strong **content creation, copywriting, and analytical skills**.
- Experience with **paid social media advertising** and performance tracking.
- Excellent **communication and creative thinking** skills.
