**Job Title**: Social Media Intern

**Location**: Indore (Onsite)
**Duration**: 6 Months
**Working Days**: Monday - Saturday

**About Us**:
**MQlus Business Solutions Pvt Ltd** is a dynamic startup specializing in digital marketing, web development, social media, sales, and marketing services. We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic **Social Media Intern** to join our team and contribute fresh ideas to enhance our online presence.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in planning and executing social media content strategies.
- Create, curate, and schedule engaging posts for platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Twitter.
- Monitor social media trends and competitor activities to generate new content ideas.
- Engage with the online community by responding to comments, messages, and mentions.
- Analyze social media performance metrics and suggest improvements.
- Support in running social media campaigns and collaborations.
- Assist in designing creatives using Canva or other design tools (preferred).

**Requirements**:

- Pursuing/completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of major social media platforms.
- Basic knowledge of content creation, writing, and editing.
- Creativity and a keen eye for design trends.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Knowledge of social media analytics tools is a plus.
