- Assist anaesthesiologists in preparing patients for anaesthesia administration, including positioning and monitoring vital signs.
- Prepare anaesthesia equipment and medications for surgical procedures.
- Administer anaesthesia under the direction and supervision of anaesthesiologists.
- Monitor patients' vital signs and responses to anaesthesia throughout surgical procedures.
- Provide support to medical staff during emergency situations, such as resuscitation efforts.
- Ensure patient safety and comfort during all stages of anaesthesia administration and recovery.
- Assist in the transfer of patients to and from surgical areas.
- Document patient information, anaesthesia administration, and other relevant data accurately and timely.
- Maintain cleanliness and functionality of anaesthesia equipment and work areas.
- Adhere to infection control protocols and safety standards.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to optimize patient care and outcomes.
- Participate in continuous education and training to stay updated on advancements in anaesthesia techniques and practices.
- Comply with all organizational policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
