**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Preoperative Assessment**:
- Conduct preoperative assessments to evaluate patients' medical histories, medications, and overall health status.
- Discuss anaesthetic options, risks, and benefits with patients and obtain informed consent.
- **Anaesthetic Administration**:
- Administer various types of anaesthesia, including general, regional, and local anaesthesia, according to the surgical procedure and patient's condition.
- Monitor patients' vital signs, such as heart rate, blood pressure, and oxygen saturation, during surgery to ensure their safety and well-being.
- **Pain Management**:
- Manage postoperative pain through the administration of appropriate pain relief medications and techniques.
- Monitor patients' pain levels and adjust treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal pain control.
- **Critical Care and Resuscitation**:
- Provide critical care to patients in ICU, including airway management, mechanical ventilation, and hemodynamic support.
- Participate in emergency resuscitation efforts, including advanced life support (ALS) and cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) when required.
- **Collaboration and Communication**:
- Collaborate with surgeons, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated patient care.
- Communicate effectively with patients and their families, providing information about anaesthesia, risks, and recovery expectations.
- **Continuous Learning and Professional Development**:
- Stay updated with the latest developments, techniques, and guidelines in anaesthesiology through continuous learning and participation in professional development activities.
- Participate in departmental meetings, case discussions, and research projects to contribute to the advancement of anaesthetic care.
**Qualifications**:
- Medical degree from an accredited institution.
- Completion of internship and residency training in anaesthesiology.
- Registration or eligibility for registration with the relevant medical board or council.
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification.
- Strong clinical skills, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
