CG Meditrans is an emerging healthcare support KPO Service provider that offers medical billing, Medical Coding and outsourcing services to health care providers.

**Position: RCM **Jr. AR Executive

**Location**: Ahmedabad

**Timing**: Night shift only (8:00 PM To 5:00 AM)

**Experience**: 6 Months - 1 Year and Fresher Can Also Apply

**Responsibilities**:
Follow the process of account receivables, payment posting, AR follow-ups, and reimbursement management.

Has to ensure that patients and insurance companies are properly billed for all services, and that payments are received and processed in a timely manner.

Perform accounts receivable functions, such as recordkeeping, following through on overdue invoices and issuing refunds or set off amounts.

Follow up with the insurance company for the pending claims, in case of escalated matters or overdue payments, and try to get the maximum recovery from denial cases.

Try to resolve any customer query & acknowledge them through call/voice message within stipulated time frame.

Follows overall department protocol, and are in compliance with legal regulations, guidelines, and requirements.

Intimate the respective authority about the pending & write off (set off) payments.

Submit the MIS reports to the respective team lead.

Handle eligibility, benefit, and auth responsibilities for all assigned providers and report within the time with accuracy and train the team and get the work done.
