**Job Title**: Medical Billing - Accounts Receivable (AR) Caller

**Location**: [Shyamal Cross Road - Ahmedabad]
**Salary**: Up to ₹25,000 per month (based on experience and skills)

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Perform **outbound calls to insurance companies** to follow up on pending claims.
- Resolve **denials, underpayments, and rejections** by coordinating with payers.
- Review **A/R aging reports** and prioritize follow-up tasks for timely collections.
- Identify and escalate issues causing claim delays.
- Ensure accurate documentation of all follow-up activities in the billing system.
- Work with internal teams to reprocess or appeal denied claims.
- Meet **productivity and quality targets** as set by management.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (preferred).
- **1-3 years of AR calling experience** in US Medical Billing.
- Strong understanding of **US healthcare, CPT/ICD codes, and payer guidelines**.
- Excellent **verbal and written communication skills**.
- Ability to work independently and handle high-volume claims.
- Proficiency in MS Office and medical billing software (e.g., eClinicalWorks, Kareo, Epic, Athena).

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
