**Role & Responsibilities**:

- **Calendar Management**: Manage the Director’s daily schedule, including meetings, appointments, and events.
- **Travel Coordination**: Organize and coordinate both domestic and international travel, including flights, accommodation, and itineraries.
- **Document Preparation**: Assist with preparing reports, presentations, and other important documents.
- **Meeting Support**: Arrange and coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items.
- **Confidentiality**: Handle sensitive information and maintain strict confidentiality at all times.
- **Liaison**: Serve as a liaison between the Director and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring smooth communication.
- **Project Assistance**: Assist the Director with special projects and initiatives as needed.
- **Event Planning**: Coordinate events, conferences, and corporate functions on behalf of the Director.
- **Task Prioritization**: Anticipate needs and prioritize tasks to ensure the Director’s time is optimized.
- **Experience**: Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant, preferably in a corporate setting.
- **Educational Background**: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Secretarial Studies, or related fields.
- **Technical Skills**: Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience using communication tools.
- **Communication**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- **Organizational Skills**: Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- **Discretion**: Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- **Proactive**: Anticipates the Director’s needs and acts accordingly.
- **Problem-Solving**: Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
- **Flexibility**: Willingness to work flexible hours and manage urgent tasks.
