**Job Title: Facebook & Google Ad Manager**

Digital Pixal, a leading digital marketing brand, is seeking an experienced Facebook & Google Ad Manager to join our dynamic team. If you have a passion for driving results through online advertising and possess extensive knowledge of Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads, and related platforms, we want to hear from you.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute effective Facebook and Google advertising campaigns to achieve client objectives and KPIs.
- Conduct in-depth audience targeting and segmentation to optimize ad performance.
- Monitor ad performance, analyze campaign data, and make data-driven recommendations for optimizations.
- A/B test ad creatives, copy, targeting, and bidding strategies to maximize ROI.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in digital advertising.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless campaign execution and alignment with overall marketing objectives.
- Provide regular reports and insights to clients on campaign performance and recommendations for improvement.
- Handle Google and Facebook ads for e-commerce website
- Specialize in leveraging e-commerce platforms such as Flipkart, Amazon, and Indiamart to enhance advertising efforts, synchronize ad campaigns with product listings, and drive sales directly through these platforms.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience managing Facebook and Google advertising campaigns.
- Proven track record of driving successful outcomes and achieving campaign objectives.
- Expertise in Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads, and other relevant advertising platforms.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.

**Salary**: ₹13,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
