**Job Purpose**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Support clients across various industries by preparing pitch books, company profiles, trading comps, precedent transactions comps, and industry studies.
- Conduct in-depth secondary research to provide high-quality analysis on projects including industry or market analysis, company reports, financial analysis, competitive benchmarking, and opportunity assessments.
- Manage the delivery and execution of projects including memos, case studies, newsletters, broker/operational benchmarking, WACC analysis, potential buyer analysis, change of control analysis, and shareholder/ownership analysis.
- Perform valuation analysis using income methods and multiples-driven techniques (Relative Valuation analysis).
- Build financial models from scratch with detailed drivers, projections, and valuation.
- Set up pre-results tables, earnings updates, earnings previews, comps, databases, and respond to client queries.
- Maintain coverage of stocks in the sector and write research reports ranging from short to long formats.
- Actively participate in team discussions and provide insights while monitoring consensus trends.
- Analyze and spread financial statements on various financial spreading platforms, including Income Statements, Balance Sheets, and Cash Flow Statements of public and private companies for credit appraisal processes.
- Review supplementary schedules, notes, and MD&A for detailed breakups and adjustments, normalizing financial statements for exceptional and non-recurring items.
- Calculate Adjusted Net Worth, Recurring Cash Flows, Annual Debt Service, Contingent Liabilities, custom ratios, and other financial metrics.
- Monitor covenant compliance and reporting, carry out credit reviews, finalize risk ratings, and prepare narratives/credit notes for credit approvals and ongoing monitoring.
- Ensure 100% quality in deliverables, meet strict deadlines, and work effectively under pressure.
- Contribute to managing project timelines and quality of deliverables to ensure high client satisfaction.

**Key Competencies**:

- Newly Qualified Chartered Accountant/MBA Fresher
- Proficient at using MS PowerPoint; command over MS Excel to process varied data sets in spreadsheets (Pivots, charting etc.) is highly desirable.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and analytical thinking skills and adept at synthesizing information to generate insights.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Highly motivated, ambitious, flexible and willingness to work hard
