**About the Role**:
We are seeking a dynamic and empathetic **Student Counselor** with excellent communication skills and a good understanding of the **event management industry**. The counselor will guide prospective students in choosing suitable academic programs, especially in the field of event management, while supporting them through the entire admission journey. This role demands a friendly personality with a passion for student welfare and career development.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Counsel students about career options, especially in event management, and help them choose the right course.
- Conduct effective counseling sessions (telephonic and face-to-face).
- Explain course structures, fee details, scholarship options, and future career prospects.
- Maintain records of student follow-ups and interaction history.
- Coordinate with internal teams to achieve admission and outreach targets.
- Assist in organizing orientation sessions, open house events, and career guidance programs.
- Address student concerns or grievances professionally and empathetically.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree (Master’s preferred) in Education, Psychology, HR, or related fields.
- Prior experience in academic counseling or educational sales preferred.
- **Excellent verbal and written communication skills.**:

- **Good awareness of the event management industry** and current career opportunities in this field.
- Ability to build rapport with students and parents.
- Familiarity with MS Office, CRM tools, and digital communication platforms.
- Comfortable with both English and Hindi (regional language is a plus).

**Compensation**:
