**Job Title**: Internet of Things (IoT) - Trainer

**Experience**: min. 3 years

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and deliver structured training modules on IoT fundamentals, including sensor technology, data acquisition, connectivity protocols, cloud computing, and IoT platforms.
- Provide personalized guidance and mentorship to learners, offering support, feedback, and troubleshooting assistance to help them overcome challenges and achieve their learning goals.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in IoT technologies, standards, and best practices, and incorporate relevant updates into the training curriculum to ensure its relevance and currency.
- Collaborate with instructional designers and fellow trainers to continuously improve training materials and methodologies, incorporating feedback, best practices, and innovative approaches to enhance the learning experience.
- Conduct assessments and evaluations to measure learner progress and identify areas for improvement, adjusting teaching strategies and content delivery as needed to optimize learning outcomes.
- Foster a collaborative and inclusive learning environment that encourages active participation, knowledge sharing, and mutual support among learners.
- Serve as a mentor and resource for learners as they explore opportunities and challenges in IoT development, offering insights, advice, and guidance based on your own experiences and expertise.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in IoT development, with expertise in sensor integration, data processing, connectivity protocols (e.g., MQTT, CoAP), and IoT platforms (e.g., AWS IoT, Azure IoT, Google Cloud IoT).
- Demonstrated experience in teaching or training, preferably in a technology-related field, with a passion for education and a genuine desire to help others succeed.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex concepts and tailor teaching approaches to accommodate diverse learning styles and skill levels.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive attitude towards continuous learning and professional development.
- Familiarity with instructional design principles and adult learning theory is a plus.
- Experience with hardware prototyping platforms (e.g., Arduino, Raspberry Pi) and knowledge of embedded systems programming is highly desirable.

**Interview Time**: Sunday 12 PM to 3 PM

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Freelance
Contract length: 36 months

**Salary**: ₹13,700.00 - ₹78,337.00 per month

Expected hours: No less than 28 per week
