**Creative Educational Aids** is seeking a talented and experienced Packaging Designer/Graphic Designer to join our team. As a Packaging Designer/Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for creating compelling and engaging packaging designs for our educational board games. You will work closely with our team of game designers and product managers to develop packaging that is both visually appealing and informative.

**Responsibilities**:

- Concept, design, and develop packaging for our educational board games
- Create eye-catching and engaging packaging graphics that appeal to both children and adults
- Ensure that packaging designs are consistent with our brand identity
- Work with our team of game designers and product managers to understand the game's concept and target audience
- Develop packaging that is both functional and appealing
- Create packaging that is compliant with all regulatory requirements

**Qualifications**:

- 2+ years of experience in packaging design
- Strong portfolio of packaging designs
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) and Corel Draw
- Good communication and presentation skills
