Spaark Overseas is seeking a motivated and skilled Telecaller Executive to join our dynamic team..

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Handle 100-125 leads provided daily via inbound and outbound calls.
- Ask qualification questions to determine if the lead meets our criteria.
- Identify potential customers based on predefined qualification criteria.
- Transfer qualified leads to the sales team for further follow-up and conversion.
- Mark unqualified leads as lost, ensuring accurate tracking in the CRM.
- Maintain a polite, professional, and enthusiastic tone in all customer interactions.
- Meet daily and weekly targets for calls and lead qualification.
- Provide feedback on lead quality to help improve lead generation processes.
- Update lead status in CRM systems accurately and in a timely manner.
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by addressing queries and providing relevant information.
- Maintain knowledge of company services, policies, and procedures to answer customer inquiries effectively.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Proven experience as a telecaller or in a similar role.
- Strong verbal communication skills, with a clear and pleasant phone manner.
- Ability to understand and follow scripts while remaining flexible to adapt to each customer.
- Good listening skills and attention to detail in lead qualification.
- Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude.
- Familiarity with CRM software and lead management systems is a plus.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹8,853.61 - ₹10,000.00 per month
