IWS provides a service based solution allowing our multi-site clients (typically franchise sector businesses or retailers) to completely outsource their backend admin across Rostering / Time & Attendance, Payroll and Bookkeeping. Our offering combines best in class cloud based technology platforms with specialist customer support and service. Our Payroll Services team drives the delivery of our outsourced payroll service to our customers. As Payroll Associate you are responsible for the accurate and on time delivery of our clients payrolls and for ensuring our high levels of customer service are maintained at all times.

You will support the performance of our onshore teams and will manage a portfolio of clients to ensure their day to day payroll requirements are being effectively managed.

This is a very important role which is responsible for one of the most critical functions in our business. It requires a payroll professional with exceptional leadership ability, a passion for customer service and a cool head under pressure.

**Daily**:
R Ensure all client payrolls are completed accurately and to schedule.

R Provide support to the onshore team as required.

R Assist with escalated customer enquiries.

R Manage high level requests required - e.g. company changes, leave changes.

R Identify potential friction points or issues and resolve / address.

**Weekly**:
R Review weekly Payroll Processing issues - investigate, correct/resolve.

R Ensure all weekly payroll support processes are performed accurately and on time.

**Monthly**:
R Ensure period end reporting is completed as scheduled.

**Other**:
R Build and develop good relationships with the Onshore Team

Experience, Education and Skills **Essential**:
R Minimum 2 years’ experience in a Payroll processing position.

R Demonstrated knowledge of Payroll related legislation such as Superannuation and Taxation.

R Excellent interpersonal skills.

R Excellent written communication skills - ability to deliver clear, concise and decisive instruction

R Technically savvy - overall good Excel skills and understands workforce management software.

R Worked across multiple payroll systems

R Passionate about Customer Service.

R Excellent time management - able to prioritize and manage multiple projects with accuracy.

R Good understanding of Awards/Industrial Agreements.

R Ability to think outside the box.

Pay: ₹350,000.00 - ₹450,000.00 per year
