We are hiring an Ecommerce Manager who can be part of the aggressive e-commerce team of our organization. If you are interested in the role, please do send us your CV to our team.

**JOB DESCRIPTION**:

- Coordinate order processing, delivery and returns of online orders and provide supply chain data.
- Should manage and optimize sales funnels & conversion rate.
- Has to create a data dashboard in google data studio.
- Interact with other departments in the organization to execute brand, marketing, and e-commerce activities.
- Observe the sales, promotions, marketing and social media activities over digital platforms and other departments.
- Track and report the business outcome of data-driven insights.

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Problem-solving & Decision making using available data.
- Should have excellent interpersonal skills.
- Have the ability to respond to all the feedback provided by the customers.
- Must be collaborative and results-oriented.
- Must be tech-savvy and able to operate well under pressure.

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental Pay:

- Performance bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Chennai - 600020, Tamil Nadu: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- E-commerce: 1 year (preferred)
