As a Maths Teacher, you will play a crucial role in providing a strong foundation in mathematics to our students.

**Responsibilities**:

- Deliver engaging and interactive maths lessons to students in accordance with the JEE Advance curriculum
- Create and implement lesson plans that cater to the diverse learning needs of students
- Assess and evaluate student performance, providing constructive feedback and guidance for improvement
- Utilize various teaching methods, resources, and technology to enhance student learning experiences
- Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes active participation and academic growth
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop effective teaching strategies and share best practices
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance, grades, and progress reports
- Communicate regularly with parents/guardians regarding student progress and address any concerns or challenges

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Mathematics or related field (Master's degree preferred)
- Certification in teaching (B.Ed. or equivalent)
- Demonstrated experience teaching Maths at the CBSE level
- In-depth knowledge of the JEE Advance curriculum and assessment practices
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Patient, approachable, and adaptable teaching style to cater to different learning styles
- Ability to effectively manage classroom dynamics and create a positive learning environment
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Collaborative mindset and willingness to work as part of a team
- High ethical standards and commitment to professional development
