**About the role**

Subject Matter Experts are the secret behind our success. They are responsible for creating and designing top-notch learning content, which in turn will be used by the students to aid and enhance their conceptual understandings.

**Job Type**: Freelance (Work from Home). Nature of work: Part-time

**Responsibilities**:

- Foster a positive and productive learning environment for students.
- Guiding students with their doubts and lesson plan
- To answer questions asked by students
- Ensure that you follow the quality parameters
- Ensure that the guidelines for online teaching is followed.
- Conduct one-on-one online tutoring sessions using video calls on our proprietary platform
- Create tailored lessons, considering the student's grade, learning style, and specific needs.
- Assess students' current skills through discussions and assessments.
- Be punctual and adhere to session durations.
- Keep detailed records of each tutoring session, noting topics covered and progress made.
- Prepare progress reports for students and submit to the academic associate.

**Requirements**:

- A laptop or desktop with clear webcam and a stable broadband connection.
- A tablet and pen for interactive teaching, as needed.
- Strong knowledge of the International Baccalaureate (IB) curriculum and GCSE and IGCSE syllabus.
- Teaching experience with a proven track record of helping students achieve academic success.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Availability for evening and night shifts, with a minimum commitment of one hour per day.

**Eligibility**:

- Professors/lecturers/school teachers/guest faculty/online teacher from the concerned stream of academics are preferred.
- Ability to build strong relationships with the child/ learner and make the class fun-based learning.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Versatile and creative problem solver by nature with a good understanding of concepts
- Excellent communication, teaching and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in online tutoring platforms and tech.
- Reliable internet connection and a suitable tutoring device (Mobiles/tabs not permitted)

- Step 3: Demo mock class session with Academic Associate

**Salary**: ₹350.00 - ₹450.00 per hour
