We are seeking passionate and experienced educators to join our team as Online Tutors. As an Online Tutor, you will have the opportunity to inspire and guide students through virtual learning, providing academic support and fostering a positive and engaging learning environment.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct online tutoring sessions for students up to 12th grade.
- Create and deliver interactive and effective learning materials.
- Assess student progress and adjust tutoring strategies accordingly.
- Foster a collaborative and supportive online learning environment.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Education or related field.
- Proven experience in tutoring or teaching.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable with online teaching platforms.
- Ability to create engaging and interactive learning experiences.

**Schedule**:

- Part-time, flexible hours (work from home).
- Competitive payment
