Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct engaging and interactive **Russian language classes**.
- Prepare customized lesson plans for different learning levels.
- Regularly assess student progress and provide feedback.
- Support students in reaching **at least B2 proficiency** for academic or professional needs.
- Foster a **positive and motivating** learning atmosphere.
Qualifications & Skills:
✔ **Minimum B2-level proficiency** in Russian (B2 or higher preferred)
✔ **Teaching experience is an added advantage**
✔ Ability to communicate effectively in **Malayalam and English**
✔ **Passion for languages** and commitment to student success
