We are seeking an experienced and passionate Cybersecurity Trainer to join our team and equip the next generation of cybersecurity professionals with the knowledge and skills they need to succeed.

As a Cybersecurity Trainer, you will design and deliver comprehensive training programs focused on various aspects of cybersecurity, including threat detection, risk management, incident response, and secure coding practices. You will engage participants through interactive instruction, hands-on labs, and real-world scenarios, ensuring they are well-prepared to address today’s cybersecurity challenges.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and maintain training materials, including course outlines, presentations, labs, and practical exercises tailored to different skill levels.
- Conduct engaging training sessions in various formats (in-person, online, workshops) to effectively deliver complex concepts.
- Assess participant progress through quizzes, hands-on assessments, and provide constructive feedback to facilitate skill development.
- Stay current with industry trends, emerging threats, and best practices to ensure training content is relevant and impactful.
- Foster a collaborative and inclusive learning environment that encourages questions and participation.
- Organize labs, simulations, or group projects to promote teamwork and practical experience.
- Mentor participants on career development, certifications, and job search strategies within the cybersecurity field.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or a related field; equivalent experience is also acceptable.
- Proven experience in cybersecurity, with relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, CompTIA Security+).
- Previous experience in teaching, training, or mentoring in a technical environment is highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of various cybersecurity tools, techniques, and methodologies.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to simplify complex topics for diverse audiences.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to addressing challenges.
- Passion for teaching and a commitment to fostering the growth of aspiring cybersecurity professionals.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
