Job Description: Cyber Security Trainer and Presales
Location: Delhi NCR

Overview

**Responsibilities**:

- Training:

- Develop and deliver engaging and informative cyber security training programs for college students.
- Assess student progress and provide personalized guidance and support.
- Travelling will be required with NCR and sometimes in other parts of India
- Enrollment:

- Actively recruit and enroll students in cyber security courses, leveraging effective marketing and outreach strategies.
- Provide comprehensive information about course offerings, benefits, and career opportunities.
- Presales:

- Demonstrate and implement cyber security solutions to potential clients, showcasing their value and benefits.
- Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and webinars to generate interest and drive sales.
- Collaborate with sales teams to identify and qualify potential leads.
- Technical Expertise:

- Possess a deep understanding of various cyber security technologies and best practices.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and advancements.
- Provide technical support and guidance to students and clients as needed.

Qualifications:

- Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Certifications: Certified Ethical Hacker (CEH) from EC Council certification is mandatory. Additional certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, CCSP) are preferred.
- Experience: Minimum 1.5-2 years of experience in cyber security training, education, or consulting.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to effectively present complex technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills, including the ability to build relationships, collaborate with colleagues, and work effectively with students and clients.
- Sales Skills: Proven presales experience and the ability to generate interest and drive sales.
