**Qualification**: Bachelor of Environmental Engineering, Industrial safety and Environmental Management. Occupational Health & Safety, IOSH, NEBOSH or OSHA certification.

**Experience**: 15+ Years and above, Experienced in handling Health, Safety, and Environment condition of the each building, process and practices and compliances management.

**Skill sets & Job Descriptions**:

- Implementation of certified HSEQ policy, procedure and practice across all the tech parks, and ensures that policies and procedures are strictly adhered, in order to maintain the integrity of the operational activities.
- Responsibility to do the assessment of risks and subsequently implement of appropriate action and interventions.
- Promote the culture of responsibility, compliance and continuous improvement for all HSEQ, across all the techparks.
- Liasioning with govt authorities to ensure compliance and legal obligations are in line with the requirements.
- All NOC’s knowledge - KSPCB, MOEF, COE, CFO, OC, related compliances for all clearances.
- Ensure and implement emergency procedures, first-aid facilities, safety signs, relevant protective clothing and equipment, tool box talks, permit to work systems (PTW), accident and incident reporting to the relevant authorities.
- Manage and control policy, procedure and practice for exposure to hazardous substances and danger from flammable, explosive, electrical equipment, noise, radiation and manual handling, and all other potential risks. Knowledge of COSHH (Control of Substances Hazardous to Health - UK) regulations or equivalent.
- Ensure that working environments across the company satisfies health, safety and welfare requirements for ventilation, temperature, lighting, sanitary, washing and rest facilities. Also food handling, preparation, and hygiene facilities, where appropriate.
- Lead and execute the quality management strategy and ISO 15000:2019 requirements and any other management standard that the company deems necessary.
- Assist with monitoring performance according to agreed standards and take internal Audits, implementation required, to improve performance standards and achieve goals.
