**Job Purpose**

Managing warehousing and logistics for opex items for Karnataka Circle. both inward and outward movement.

**Key Result Areas/Accountabilities**
- Day to Day warehousing operation activities:

- Verification and Receipt of the materials.
- Coordination with User function for Deployment Plan.
- GRN Preparation of all supplies and sharing of the same with Supplier.
- Courier Agency Management and Dispatch of materials to respective destination/s as per the allocation and tracking
- Courier Bills validation and clearance for payment
- 3rd Party vendor management.
- Close monitoring on the MIS reports & Dashboards for on time sharing of the same with user function.
- Monitoring for proper packing of the materials to maintain confidentiality and safety of the products.
- Transportation Bills checking and validation w.r.t materials movement from Retail store to warehouse and vice versa.
- Maintaining all HSW related safety precautions at warehouse.
- Closely monitoring and coordination with suppliers and transporters for materials delivery as per schedule.
- Close follow up with User function for liquidation of non-moving materials with proper deployment plan for based on ageing.
- Handling all procurement related activities for Brand & Marketing, HR & Admin, Enterprise, and CS.
- Vendor negotiation and Price finalization.
- Follow up with user function for raising the PR with correct details and coordinate for releasing the PO.
- Contract negotiation and preparation.
- Scheduling E bidding through SAP and closing annual contracts.
- Specifically and Closely monitoring and coordinating with SWITCH dept. for IP files for SIM cards, generation of the same, sharing the IP files with SIM partners, follow up and collecting the OP files from the SIM partners and uploading the same with the help of Switch.
- Timely arrangement of PACKING materials for materials packing.
- Analyzing and closing the Annual AMC contracts and updating in SAP Ariba
- Close coordination with suppliers for on time bills submission along with GRN details.

Post Graduation/Graduation with SAP knowledge
