**Strategic Planning**: Develop and implement strategic plans and objectives to ensure the efficient and effective operation of the medical facility. Align administrative goals with the organization's mission, vision, and values.
- **Financial Management**: Oversee budgeting, financial reporting, and revenue cycle management for the medical facility. Monitor expenses, analyze financial data, and identify opportunities for cost savings and revenue growth.
- **Human Resources Management**: Recruit, hire, train, and supervise administrative staff, including medical secretaries, receptionists, billing specialists, and office managers. Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations, and promote a positive work environment.
- **Policy Development and Compliance**: Develop and enforce policies, procedures, and protocols to ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, accreditation standards, and quality assurance requirements. Stay abreast of changes in healthcare laws and regulations, and update policies accordingly.
- **Electronic Health Records (EHR) Management**: Oversee the implementation and maintenance of electronic health records systems to facilitate efficient documentation, billing, and communication within the medical facility. Ensure staff are trained on EHR usage and data security protocols.
- **Patient Care Coordination**: Collaborate with healthcare providers, nurses, and other clinical staff to coordinate patient care services and optimize patient flow within the medical facility. Address patient concerns and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- **Facility Management**: Manage the physical infrastructure of the medical facility, including maintenance, security, and compliance with safety regulations. Coordinate with facilities management teams to address maintenance issues and ensure a clean and safe environment for patients and staff.
- **Quality Improvement Initiatives**: Implement quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes, satisfaction, and safety. Monitor key performance indicators and patient feedback to identify areas for improvement and implement evidence-based practices.
- **Community Relations and Outreach**: Build and maintain positive relationships with patients, community organizations, healthcare partners, and regulatory agencies. Participate in community outreach programs and promotional activities to raise awareness of healthcare services offered by the organization.
- **Emergency Preparedness and Disaster Management**: Develop and implement emergency preparedness plans and protocols to ensure the medical facility can effectively respond to emergencies, disasters, or public health crises. Coordinate drills and training exercises to test emergency response procedures.
- **Board and Committee Participation**: Prepare reports, presentations, and recommendations for presentation to the organization's board of directors, executive leadership team, or governing committees. Provide guidance and support to board members on matters related to healthcare administration.
- **Continuing Education and Professional Development**: Stay updated on trends, best practices, and innovations in healthcare administration through continuing education, professional development seminars, and industry conferences. Maintain relevant certifications and credentials in healthcare management.

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
