Accounts Assistant

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Bookkeeping**: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records using accounting software and spreadsheets.
**Invoicing and Billing**: Generate and process invoices, ensuring accuracy and completeness in billing procedures.
**Accounts Payable and Receivable**: Assist in managing accounts payable and receivable functions, including tracking and reconciling vendor and customer accounts.
**Bank Transactions**: Reconcile bank statements, monitor cash flow, and record financial transactions on a regular basis.
**Expense Tracking**: Monitor and record all business expenses, ensuring proper documentation and adherence to company policies.
**Financial Reporting**: Assist in the preparation of financial reports, summaries, and other statements as needed by the finance team.
**Audit Support**: Support internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and information.
**Data Entry**: Accurately input financial data into the accounting system and maintain organized and well-documented financial records.
**Communication**: Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure accurate financial information and resolve any discrepancies.
**Ad Hoc Tasks**: Assist in special projects and perform other related duties as assigned.
**Salary**: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
