**Job Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:
1. Develop and implement influencer marketing strategies to effectively promote our brand, products, and services.

2. Identify and build relationships with relevant influencers across various social media platforms including Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, and Twitter.

3. Negotiate and manage partnerships with influencers, including contract negotiations, content approvals, and compensation agreements.

4. Collaborate with the marketing team to align influencer campaigns with overall marketing objectives and brand messaging.

5. Provide creative direction and guidance to influencers to ensure content aligns with brand guidelines and resonates with target audiences.

6. Monitor influencer content and engagement to ensure quality and compliance with campaign objectives.

7. Track and analyze the performance of influencer campaigns using analytics tools to measure reach, engagement, and ROI.

8. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in influencer marketing to continuously optimize campaign strategies.

9. Manage influencer relationships and communication to foster long-term partnerships and advocacy.

10. Assist in developing influencer marketing budgets and forecasting for campaign initiatives.

**Qualifications**:
1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.

2. Proven experience in influencer marketing, social media marketing, or digital marketing with a strong understanding of influencer landscape and trends.

3. Demonstrated ability to identify and engage with influencers who align with brand values and target audience demographics.

4. Excellent negotiation and communication skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with influencers and stakeholders.

5. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and metrics to optimize campaign performance.

6. Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative influencer campaign concepts and strategies.

7. Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms.

8. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

9. Detail-oriented with a high level of organization and time management skills.

10. Passion for social media, influencer culture, and staying current with digital marketing trends.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
