**DNU SMBM NATIONAL PUBLIC SCHOOL, Dindigul, Tamilnadu**
- Requires minimum 10 years of teaching and 4 years as a Vice Principal / Principal.
- Age Preferred is around 43-50Yrs.
- Tamil Speaking is essential.

**Job duties include but not limited to**:

- Lead a big academic and administrative team
- Develops institutional goals and objectives consistent with vision and mission of school
- Development of curriculum strategies to ensure achievement of school objectives
- Monitoring students and teacher progress/performance.
- Review of quality of academic / non
- academic services offered and ensures remedial actions are implemented as needed.
- Responsible for guiding / mentoring teachers and cultivating a healthy level of working relationship within the team.
- Responsible for interfacing with CBSE and ensuring regulatory compliance.
- Responsible for interacting with Parents & Guardians.
- Responsible for interacting with school management and presenting school performance report

**Salary**: ₹75,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month

- Tamizhagam, Tamil Nadu: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
