Restaurant Waiter

The Waiter is responsible for providing excellent customer service to ensure a positive dining experience. This role involves taking orders, serving food and beverages, and attending to guests' needs throughout their meal.

Key Responsibilities:

- **Customer Service**: Greet guests warmly, provide menus, and explain daily specials or menu items.
- **Order Taking**: Accurately take food and beverage orders and communicate them to the kitchen staff.
- **Serving Food and Beverages**: Deliver orders promptly and ensure that all items are presented well and served at the correct temperature.
- **Guest Engagement**: Check in with guests during their meal to ensure satisfaction and address any issues or requests.
- **Table Maintenance**: Keep tables clean and tidy, including clearing used dishes and utensils.
- **Upselling**: Suggest additional menu items or beverages to enhance the dining experience and increase sales.
- **Payment Processing**: Present the bill, process payments, and handle cash or card transactions accurately.
- **Collaboration**: Work with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely service and quality of food and beverages.
- **Adherence to Policies**: Follow all health and safety regulations, including food handling and sanitation procedures.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Fixed shift
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift

Supplemental Pay:

- Performance bonus
