Keep up to date with current market analysis and commentary to make informed trading decisions and manage risk
Negotiate and conclude trade transactions in your specialist commodity area, ensuring end to end/back-to-back trade flow is timely, accurate and profitable
Ensure the internal team that you are working with are operating efficiently and ensure timely accounting and supply chain

Qualification and Experience:
3+ years of relevant experience in your segment commodity across a physically traded product
Proven track record of profitability and self-managed trading portfolio with a physical back to back trading house
Established relationships in the market with the ability to trade from day one
Excellent network and contacts within the commodity trading space on both the supply and sales side
Ability to travel and meet with clients, stakeholders etc. where required
Exposure to trade flows - sourcing/ trading commodities
Exposure to agriculture commodities trade flows & risk management
Strong cost management skills
Relationship building experience with clients, suppliers and third parties
Good communication and presentation skills
Quantitative strategic analysis and financial assessment knowledge
