Welcome guests and perform all check-in and check-out tasks.
- Handling of guest inquiries/complaints/requests in a timely and professional manner
- Liaise with our housekeeping staff to ensure all rooms are clean, tidy and fully-furnished to accommodate guests’ needs
- Handling guest feedback and dispute in a courteous manner.
- Collecting payments from guests and handover to accounts.
- Issue, control and release guest safe-deposit boxes in line with hotel procedures
- Take action to solve guest problems/complaints using appropriate service recovery guidelines
- Follow established hotel safety protocols and procedures at all times. Immediately report any health and safety incident, security breaches, concerns or suspicious behavior to the manager on duty.

**Qualifications and Skills**

Basic Qualification : HSSC /Graduate with good communication skills and customer service attitude. Salary as per experience. Knowledge of PMS/CRS will be preferred.

**Salary**: ₹8,000.00 - ₹13,000.00 per month
